Dr. Edmund G. Centeno is an associate professor at the College of Development Communication. He finished his BS and MS degrees in Development Communication at UPLB and his PhD in Educational Communication and Technology at Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. In his twenty years of service as an academic, Dr. Centeno has been recognized as a leading voice in instructional design and educational communication and technology within and outside the university. He has authored and presented numerous academic papers about distance learning, capacity building, and indigenous education, among many others. He has also been regularly consulted as a resource person for various local and international workshops on blended learning, visual design in instruction, and media-based learning.
