Mr. Leonilo H. Torio has served the university for more than 20 years already. As administrator of the University-managed learning management system, he facilitates the creation of e-courses hosted at the CATL e-Learning Based Instruction (eLBI) site. With his skills in photography and videography, he has also been tapped to cover University-related activities. Assists in various production and operations activities of the Center including video and audio editing, computer and equipment repair among other technology-related troubleshooting needs of the Center
