Qualtrics is an online platform which allows users to facilitate and perform data collection, data processing, and data visualization. Unlike other survey platforms which ends in a data code plan or a data base, Qualtrics integrates activities from setting-up surveys for distribution to the intended respondents until creating figures and tables which is ready for report writing.

HOW TO CREATE SURVEYS USING QUALTRICS

1. Access Qualtrics using Google Suite Apps
2. Select CREATE A NEW PROJECT
3. You may select from a wide range of templated surveys or create from scratch
4. Create questions
   • Select Question Type (Multiple Choice, Text Entry, Rank, Sliders)
   • Choose if single or multiple answers and indicate number of choices
   • Set format and response requirement
   • Add specific question behavior if needed (Conditionals, Logics, Carry forward)
5. Upon completion, you may PREVIEW your survey
6. In case final, you can already PUBLISH the survey
7. To share the survey, Copy the link in the dialogue box which appears after you have finalized the survey, or access it in the DISTRIBUTION tab.
