Quilgo is a Google Form extension which allows quizzes done in Google Form  to be timed and proctored.

Quilgo Features

• Timer: It allows Google Form quiz to be taken in a specific span of time
• Limit Access: Students who take Google Forms quizzes may just peek in the quiz by not submitting the form. Quilgo limits this by providing a exclusive one-time-use link for each students (you can create other links if needed)
• Proctor: There are options to monitor the tab switching behavior of students. The app can also take pictures of who are taking to ensure that there are no other activities. (Teachers might need to inform students if this will be activated as this may violate their personal space and privacy)
• Quilgo is free for 100 takers of quiz. In case needed, you need to purchase an account

HOW TO USE QUILGO

1. In your Google Form, download Quilgo (plug-ins/add ons: Puzzle Icon) in Google Form
2. In the Google Form itself (Quiz)
   • Select QUILGO
   • Click CONFIGURE
   • Click ENALE QUILGO FOR THIS FORM.
   • Quilgo will create an additional question, do not remove such
   • Click SYNCH FORM WITH QUILGO
3. Go to https://quilgo.com/app/ and your Quiz will be reflected there
   • Select CREATE TESTS
   • Provide details (time, duration)
   • Add the email of your students (you may add later)
   • Tick features if necessary. If you wish students to still continue the test even past the duration, untick he FORCE FORM
   • Click CREATE TESTS
   • Copy and share the link generated to your students
4. Monitor their progress and score in the dashboard
