CATL opened its doors once again to UPLB Higher Education Leadership Mentoring Fellowship Program (HELMFP) Fellows last 20 May 2025. This time around, first-time visitor Dr. Janet B. Oab, Faculty Regent from Palawan State University, was joined by Ms. Jeanette G. Dials, International Faculty and Student Mobility Chief from Mariano Marcos State University, who previously visited CATL for a benchmarking on the university’s COIL program.

Ms. Beverly R. Pabro, University Extension Specialist, and Mr. Joel Anthony T. Cardenas, Jr. Design Specialist, guided the fellows on a tour of CATL’s facilities, highlighting the Center’s initiatives and support services aimed at future-proofing teaching and learning excellence at the University.

The HELMFP, organized by the UPLB Office for Institutional Development in Higher Education (OIDHE), aims to foster leadership development and institutional linkages across universities.
